The Pumba Foundation was proud to support the U15 Junior Soccer and Netball Tournament hosted at Seven Fountains on 27 June. The day brought together young athletes from Seven Fountains, Makhanda, Gqeberha and the surrounding communities, celebrating sport, teamwork and opportunity.

At the Pumba Foundation, we are incredibly proud to celebrate one of our own, Aqhama Ndibaza, on his outstanding achievements on the football field.
At just 17 years old, Aqhama has been training with Highbury FC in Gqeberha while competing in some of the region's top school tournaments. His school, Urban Academy, recently claimed victory in both the Wynberg Freedom Cup and the Kearsney Soccer Tournament, with Aqhama scoring crucial goals when his team needed them most.
Beyond his talent, Aqhama is a respectful, humble and determined young man who represents his family and community with pride. We would also like to congratulate his parents, Vuyani and Nomawethu Ndibaza, long-standing members of the Pumba family, on raising such an exceptional young man. Your dedication is reflected in his character and achievements.
Watching local talent flourish is exactly why the Pumba Foundation exists, and we cannot wait to see where Aqhama's journey takes him next.
